İpek Kıraç earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology from Brown University in 2007. Following her graduation, she began her career at Sirena Marine, where she served as CEO from 2012 to 2018, and has held the position of Chair of the Board of Directors since 2018. In 2026, she received her master’s degree in Public Health from Brown University. İpek Kıraç serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Suna and İnan Kıraç Foundation, the Educational Volunteers Foundation of Turkey (TEGV), the VKV Koç School, and the SemtPati Foundation, an organization dedicated to animal welfare. She is also the founder of Suna’s Daughters, an initiative established under the umbrella of the Suna and İnan Kıraç Foundation to support girls' access to and development through education. Furthermore, she serves on the Board of Trustees of the Galatasaray Education Foundation and Koç University.

She has been a Board Member of Koç Holding since 2016 and serves on the Boards of Directors of the Vehbi Koç Foundation, Temel Ticaret, KoçZer, American Hospital, Arçelik Pazarlama, Setur and VetAmerican.

As of 2026, she became the first Turkish member appointed to the International Advisory Council of The Brookings Institution, a global public policy think tank.
